You have an excellent staff who took care of every single detail which made our trip the most enjoyable I've ever had anywhere!!!! I can't wait to book my next vacation through you too. I will definitely be back to Costa Rica and especially Manuel Antonio and that's largely due to you and your staff and the fine Costa Rican people. Your staff kept us completely informed and gave us so much useful information that it made our trip so easy. The wonderful surprises that were in store for us with the whitewater rafting, canopy tour and wedding were many and so enjoyable. None of us were ready to go home when it came time to leave. My son and his new bride had a wedding of a lifetime and the rest of us had a perfect vacation and memories we will cherish forever!! We couldn't ask for more than that. Hotel Costa Verde - Very nice!!!  Definitely needed the A/C!!  Loved the monkeys!!  Canopy Tour was wonderful, whitewater rafting tour – absolutely fabulous!!!  I was scared at first, but had an outstanding time!!!   Favorite - River rafting by far!!  Really appreciated all the assistance.

This was my first trip to Costa Rica and I now know that I must return to see all of the things that I did not have time to see. The country is so beautiful and educational. I learned so much from all the tour guides and the people at the Grand Papagayo. Costa Rica is still very unspoiled and special in its customs and desire to greet visitors.  You made the trip very easy and I especially appreciated the frequent emails that came to give me information and to arrange our accommodations and transfers.   I am so grateful that I felt well for the beautiful ceremony and there to see my son get married. I appreciated everything that you did for him and the treatment that we received throughout the time that we were making arrangements. You did a superb job.

We were very pleased with Latitudes.  Our transfers were fine.  We enjoyed the tours you recommended.  And Seran was right about the Boriquen horseback ride and canopy not being too strenuous for me to do (although it was a little scary when I was standing on that first platform about to take off!)  Everything was handled efficiently.  E-mails with questions were promptly and accurately answered by you.
