Playa Conchal Garra de León Golf Course

The Reserva Conchal Golf Club course is a truly memorable golfing experience. The course has been designed in the classic tradition of the game by Robert Trent Jones II. Each nine meanders through the rolling terrain with breathtaking vistas of the Pacific Ocean. This is eco-golf, with the course designed in harmony with the native Costa Rican landscape.
 
The course is a true championship test for those in pursuit of the ultimate challenge. However, its playability is apparent in that it was designed primarily for the resort player. Spacious fairways and multiple teeing options permit players of all levels to enjoy the course. The seasonal breezes will dictate your club selection and provide you with a different challenge every time you play.
 
In addition to great golf, we also have created the ultimate learning environment for those interested in improving their game. The Reserva Conchal Learning Center offers players the opportunity for improvement regardless of playing level or ability. PGA Certified Instructors host private and group playing lessons by appointment. PGA Master Professional, Philip Krick, Jr. is Reserva Conchal Golf Club's Director.

The course provides players with both a challenging and extraordinary eco-golf experience. Lakes and ravines accentuate the course and put a premium on tee shots and accurate approach shots to large, manicured bermuda-grass greens.

Careful attention went into preserving and enhancing the native forest and mangroves during the creation of this course. As such, golfers are treated to outstanding ocean views, tropical dry/rain forests, and exotic wildlife.

The course has been designed in the classic tradition of the game with two distinct nine-hole segments of pure golf. This beach-side course will have you smiling, even if you are not playing so good.

Golf Shop
Full service golf shop offering a wide selection of apparel and golf accessories. There is limited golf club equipment selection. (6:30am-5:00 pm)


Golf Instruction
The Golf Learning Center offers individual and group instruction for all levels of play regardless of experience and/or ability. Reservations may be made to have the class in either English or Spanish languages. The practice facilities are available from 6:30am till 3:00pm unless otherwise posted. There is no additional charge for those who are playing golf.

Golf Cars
Golf Cars are NOT mandatory. You must hold a valid driver’s license to operate golf cars. Non-players will be subject to a golf car rider fee of $10 for 9-holes or $20 for 18-holes.

Dress Code
Appropriate golf attire is required. This also includes no jeans, no metal spikes, collard shirts and socks.
